Evans Resource Group HP/PPM Support team provides Service Level Management and Enhancement for IT services required to support and sustain a HP/PPM application.  

Evans Resource Group provides processes that ensure that the proper elements and commitments are in place to provide consistent IT service support and delivery to their Customers.

Evans Resource Group provides this by:

    • Providing a clear process for access, enhancement and development requests

    • Providing measurable definitions of acceptable performance for request deliverables

    • Providing clear reference to service ownership, accountability, roles and/or responsibilities

 

Service Agreement Model

Services are determined based upon customer need and may include the following:

 Software patching

 Minor software upgrades

 Application server backup and recovery

 User security & account management

 Application data backup and recovery

 

Service Provider Model

Maintenance team may require HP PPM managers or administrators may wear multiple hats; one as a working manager, and one who implements the services/requests.  These individuals are described below:

  • PPM Enhancement Manager

Responsible for triaging all requests and prioritize them based upon segment usefulness, enterprise priority and ongoing maintenance of the requested enhancement.  Duties include, management of any future PPM administrators, tweaking of existing maintenance workflow, and reporting of all compliance to segment representatives.

  • PPM Enhancement Administrator
Responsible for understanding needs for every segment that is using the PPM application.  Administrators will be responsible for enhancements for Time, Project, Change, Demand, Portfolio, Program, Financial Modules and custom reporting. Responsible for software patches, upgrades, daily backups, and training.
